Terms & Conditions

Overview

These General Conditions of Use ("Conditions") govern your access to and use of the application ("WaRobe App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the App.

1. Purpose of the WaRobe App

The App enables users to:

  • Store wardrobe items including dresses, shoes, and accessories.
  • Create and manage custom closets to organize related items.
  • Generate outfits by combining Tops, Bottoms, and Accessories.
  • Obtain AI-powered outfit suggestions based on selected items and user-provided keywords (for example: "Formal Outfit").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the WaRobe App. By using the WaRobe App you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information and images you upload to the WaRobe App, including but not limited to wardrobe items and metadata.
  • You agree not to use the WaRobe App for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful purposes.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the WaRobe App’s services, systems, or AI features.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the WaRobe App and its functionalities (excluding user-uploaded content) remain the exclusive property of the developer. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant the App a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display such content as necessary to provide the service.

5. AI-Generated Suggestions

Outfit recommendations generated by the WaRobe App’s artificial intelligence are provided for convenience only and are supplied "as is." The developer makes no guarantees regarding suitability, accuracy, or style outcomes. Users remain solely responsible for their final clothing choices.

6. Privacy and Data Use

WaRobe is designed in accordance with data minimization principles. We collect only the personal information that is strictly necessary to deliver core functionality, ensure account security, and provide a reliable service.

6.1 Information We Collect

  • Mobile Number (Required)
    • Used exclusively for secure user authentication via one-time password (OTP)
    • Account recovery and prevention of unauthorized access
    • Essential service-related communication (e.g., account verification and support requests)
  • The mobile number is not used for marketing purposes, not shared with third parties, and not used for profiling or analytics.
  • Optional Information
    Any additional demographic or preference-related information (such as gender or age-related data) is optional and does not restrict access to core application functionality.
  • User-Generated Content
    Images of wardrobe items, outfit combinations, and keywords entered for AI-powered outfit generation.

6.2 Purpose Limitation

Personal data is collected and processed solely for the following purposes:

  • Enabling secure access to the WaRobe App
  • Providing wardrobe management and AI-powered outfit generation features
  • Responding to user-initiated support requests

6.3 Data Storage and Security

  • Personal data is stored securely using industry-standard safeguards
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized systems required for application operation
  • Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service or to comply with legal obligations

6.4 User Control

  • Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time
  • Optional information fields may be skipped without impacting the app’s primary functionality

7. Limitation of Liability

The WaRobe App is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Modifications

The developer reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. Revised Conditions will become effective upon posting within the WaRobe App. Continued use of the WaRobe App after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Conditions.

9. Termination

The developer may suspend or terminate your access to the WaRobe App at any time for conduct that violates these Conditions or otherwise harms the developer’s interests.

10. Governing Law

These Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of your residence, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in accordance with local legal requirements.
